We know you’ve been looking forward to your holiday! We are delighted you’ve chosen to stay at our family-run, independent hotel.
We have 40 en-suite rooms in total, including two spacious suites, some second floor rooms have stunning sea views and many with accessible features.
All our rooms are spotlessly clean. We have thoughtfully and individually decorated each room to include modern fixtures and fittings, yet each room retains its welcoming, relaxed atmosphere.
Standard Rooms

Front Rooms
If you like a view, then our Front Rooms offer a lovely vista, allowing you to gaze out across the North Bay area.
The Glen Room
For that special occasion, consider the Glen Room or the Marsden Suite. Each suite is tastefully furnished in a restful colour palette using the finest bed linens and towels.

Our newly designed and built Donaldson Penthouse Suite provides the perfect blend of contemporary loft style open plan bedroom and bathroom. With a private glass balcony to take in the breath-taking views over Scarborough.
