ORGANISERS are requested to select a maximum of 

3 STARTERS,  3 MAIN COURSES,  1 VEGETARIAN &  3 DESSERT OPTIONS

Chosen menu to be advised 3 weeks prior to function date.

Numbers of each course to be advised 2 weeks prior to function date.

Final numbers are required 2 full days before, after which, any cancellations will be charged in full.
