What We Do

Our sole aim here at the Park Manor Hotel is to offer the highest standard of accommodation and service possible.

We really love running our hotel, and have a genuine fondness for the guests we welcome. We see the same guests year after year, as people return to our warm and friendly hotel.


We pride ourselves on the wide range of facilities we have to offer. We host holidaymakers, business travellers, conferences, training days, weddings and even performers from the local Open Air Theatre!

Park Manor Hotel has 42-beds, with lots of choice in the type of room you choose. Twin, double and family rooms are available, as well as two luxury suites. Standard and Superior Front rooms are all decorated with bright, modern wall coverings and fabrics, with a high standard of bed linens and bathroom fittings. Suites are a real treat, both with flat screen TVs and warm fluffy robes and slippers all ready for you to unwind.

Private Functions

We have hosted many business meetings and company training days at the Park Manor Hotel over the years. You are welcome to book The Manor room for your company event, which has seating available for up to 27 guests. We are fully equipped with free Wi-Fi, projector screen, flip charts, photocopying facilities, and telephone access and Fax facilities. We are happy to cater for your business meetings.

Wedding Receptions are another enjoyable part of the service we offer here. We are a stone’s throw from the local Register Office, and close to several churches. Our reception and restaurant areas can be opened up to accommodate up to 75 guests. We offer our happy couples an experienced General Manager to help them make it a day to remember, and will see to it that no detail is overlooked. Full catering is available.

Our long-term resident Chef is renowned for his fabulous breakfasts and superb dinner menus. Sunday Lunch is something of an event at the Manor Park Hotel too!

The Manor Restaurant offers as smaller space for private hire, and can seat up to 36 guests for a private event, should you wish.

How many 2* hotels do you know that offer an indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and Steam room? We are thrilled to be the only such hotel in Scarborough. Make yourself at home by the pool if the weather is wet, or relax in the Jacuzzi after a hard day’s sightseeing.
