A Look At The Cricket Festival

As the cricket event has now been going for over 100 years you can be sure that the event is run to a tee and a great time will be held by all. Generally speaking the event is held over a number of days at the start of August, which helps to make sure that the weather has the best possible chance of being nice – although this can never been guaranteed in the UK of course!

Generally speaking there are 5 days that you can attend during the cricket festival season – 4 day championship games and a One Day Game. If you’re a cricket fan then you might be excited to know that each year cricket legends, ex players and recognisable faces attend the festival, so you never know who you might bump into!

Scarborough Cricket Festival is designed for the whole family to ensure that everyone has a great day out. As well as cricket games to watch you’ll be in the midst of a festival atmosphere, a marquee and band music – all near to the beach, what could be better?
